From April 10 (Friday) to June 8 (Monday), 2026, a tie-up event will be held at Roppongi Hills Observatory Tokyo City View (52nd floor, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower) with the popular manga "Chi.
This event transforms everyday scenery into a "place of intellectual exploration" by superimposing the world view of "Chi: On the Movement of the Earth", a story spun by unknown people in the Middle Ages who risked their lives to prove the heliocentric theory, on the observation deck "Tokyo City View" close to the sky at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. And when you are touched by the "beauty of the universe" that medieval astronomers had, the starry sky and city lights outside the window will be transformed into a "special view" that can only exist if a number of coincidences and passions overlap.
"Astronomy", "space", "stars", and "knowledge" that is passed down continuously across the ages. Based on these keywords that symbolize the work, the world view of "Chi." is dynamically developed in a large space that connects to the sky unique to the observation deck, including symbolic scenes and impressive lines of the work. There is also a space exhibition that offers a glimpse into the world of medieval astronomers.
