The Minato City Tourism Association is recruiting “Minato City Tourism Association-Certified Student Tourism Ambassadors” (MINATO CITY NEXT AMBASSADORS) to promote the charms of Minato City! We encourage you to use this opportunity to broaden your horizons through interactions with government agencies and local businesses, acquire PR skills, and deepen your understanding of the tourism industry—all of which will benefit your future career development! <Activities>
◆ Covering tourist spots and events within Minato City and sharing them on social media
◆ Visiting member companies of the Tourism Association and creating promotional content
◆ Participating in events organized or co-organized by the Tourism Association
◆ Assisting in the creation of PR videos and articles related to tourism, etc.
<Frequency of Activities>
Approximately once a week (including social media updates. Specific activity dates can be set flexibly according to individual circumstances.)
*Except for April, we ask that you post at least four times per month on social media.
＜Activity Period＞
Mid-April 2026 – End of February 2027 (tentative)
＜Compensation＞
42,000 yen (including transportation expenses) + 5,000 yen per month for activity expenses
＜Eligibility Requirements＞
Undergraduate, graduate, and vocational students interested in tourism and community activities in Minato Ward (residence or enrollment in Minato Ward is not required).
＜Application Period＞
January 26, 2026 (Mon) – February 24, 2026 (Tue)
＜How to Apply (First Round of Screening)＞
(1) Post one photo or video on your Instagram account introducing a tourist spot in Minato Ward (anything that showcases the ward’s charm—such as restaurants or scenic views—is acceptable!).
*Photos or videos are both acceptable.
*You may post from either your regular account or an account created specifically for this application. (Please note, however, that private accounts will not be considered for selection.)
* Please include the hashtag “#MINATOCITYNEXTAMBASSADOR” and tag the Minato City Tourism Association account (@visit_minato_city_tokyo) in the post used for selection.
*Only one post will be used for the selection process. Even if you post multiple times, please select one post and include its URL in the application form so that we know which one to use for the selection.
*Posts published before January 2026 are ineligible.
*When posting, please be considerate of the locations you feature and the people around you, and observe rules and etiquette to ensure you do not infringe on any rights, such as portrait rights, copyrights, or trademark rights.
