Shoujo Manga Infinity Moto Hagio× Ryoko Yamagishi× Kazuki Yamato Three-Person Exhibition
An exhibition tracing the artistic careers of three artists who pioneered the horizons of shōjo manga and created masterpieces that have been read through generations will be held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the opening of The National Art Center.
In the 1970s, shoujo manga underwent a remarkable evolution. The creative journeys of the three central figures are traced through works from their early debut to the present. Through beautiful color illustrations, original drawings of memorable scenes, and numerous valuable materials, we delve into their profound world of expression.
This exhibition is the first large-scale shoujo manga exhibition held at a national museum.
