We have partnered with Sakura Online Clinic to provide multilingual online medical services for foreign residents and foreign visitors to Japan. The service aims to enable prompt and appropriate medical consultation and treatment for people whose access to healthcare is limited by language and cultural barriers. There are three main features of our service.
(1) Physicians speak multiple languages and communicate with patients
(2) Online medical care can be received anywhere in Japan, and the medicine delivery service is complete.
(3) In the case of introduction by a company such as a tourism operator, the payout of the company is zero, and the model is paid by the patient himself
The service started in 2024, but the service is being introduced steadily throughout Japan.
