At the InterContinental Tokyo Bay, reservations for the “Christmas Cake & Sweets Collection 2026,” created by Executive Pastry Chef Nagai, will begin on September 1 at The Shop N.Y. Lounge Boutique. The luxurious lineup—designed to add a touch of glamour to the holiday season—includes three new cakes featuring delicately layered flavors set against a visual theme inspired by Christmas tree ornaments; a special cake limited to 20 sets featuring a gathering of adorable snowmen; and a panettone making its debut.

The new cakes, themed “Ornament Gallery,” include the “Orbe de Neige,” a fraisier where mellow mousseline—made with white eggs for a pure white finish reminiscent of fresh snow—blends with the tartness of strawberries; the “Maple Noël,” a mille-feuille where the flavors of bitter chocolate, rich maple syrup, and toasty pecans and the “Maple Noël,” a mille-feuille where the flavors of rich maple syrup, toasty pecans, and bitter chocolate blend together in a light and airy harmony; and the “Chestnut Tiramisu,” which fuses the delights of Mont Blanc and tiramisu in an exquisite balance.
