The Central Library of Minato-ku. It is located in a quiet area adjacent to Zojoji Temple in Shiba Park. It was established in 1979 as a commemorative project for the 30th anniversary of Minato-ku. A lot of administrative materials and local materials are available in the reference material corner. Audio-visual materials such as CD and video are also substantial. Due to the large number of foreign residents residing in Minato-ku, there are also many books on foreign languages.
