Autumn Hokkaido Fair Lunch & Dinner Buffet ~The Ultimate of Crab and Seafood~
This fair, which is organized by chef Sato from Sapporo, Hokkaido, is the second following the very popular spring.
This time, we have a more extensive lineup of dishes to offer the flavors of Hokkaido's autumn.
Starting with all-you-can-eat snow crab, freshly fried tempura, seafood bowls with colorful ingredients to choose from, authentic sushi that you can eat one by one right in front of you, etc.
A variety of luxurious seafood dishes that incorporate the flavors of autumn are available, and a variety of menus are prepared with autumn ingredients from Hokkaido.
