"The Innocent Carvery" is a yakiniku restaurant attached to a butcher lab specializing in wagyu beef. Recommended here is the Yuke-chan Rice, which has gained a reputation as a specialty dish at The Innocent Carvery Chef's Table. It is the ultimate dish of wagyu beef meat carefully selected for yukke, rich Maboho egg gold from Tochigi Prefecture, and ochetra caviar with a specially adjusted salt concentration, served with Koshihikari rice from Ishikawa Prefecture.
