Hilton Tokyo Odaiba "Nostalgic Summer Gourmet Fair"
At this fair, we are developing a menu that can be enjoyed by all generations in accordance with the season when there are more opportunities for families to gather.
The first phase (May 1st ~ June 30th) will be American, and the second phase (July 1st ~ August 31st) will be Japanese, and we will deliver dishes with a nostalgia and ingenuity unique to the hotel.
In the second installment from July, we will prepare a menu of dishes that are familiar to you at home, arranged with a focus on ingredients and tailoring. You can enjoy rich flavors such as "Pork Ginger" with the aroma and richness of butter, "Neapolitan" with the flavor of Iberian pork and special hayashi sauce, and "Egg Sandwich" with fried eggs with the flavor of dashi.
In addition, at the live station, we offer "pot-au-feu," in which large vegetables are simmered in a large pot and cut in front of you, and "omelet mabushi rice," which is made with eel and conger eel kabayaki. You can taste the deliciousness of freshly made.
In the dessert corner, there are menus that will make you feel nostalgic, such as "Mille Crepe" born in Japan, "Mont Blanc" with a retro impression of yellow cream, and "Matcha Anmitsu" with its modest sweetness.
In addition, we will continue to offer a menu of homages to international cuisine inspired by the 1970 International Exposition in Osaka, Japan. You can enjoy the "Moon Stone Hamburger Steak with Demi-glace Sauce," which is shaped like a moon stone, and the "Milanese-style cheese grilled spaghetti," which has an appetizing aroma of cheese.
