Akasaka and ヽ and fish new
It was founded as a fresh fish shop in Akasaka, and after going through a shop in Akasaka Hanayyankai, I became a Japan chef for 30 years now. Based on Kyo-kaiseki, you can enjoy seasonal dishes interwoven with your own founding. Lunch and a set meal are mainly in the daytime, and it becomes a full-fledged kaiseki course at night. In addition, we have a lot of particular sake.
