Toraya Akasaka Gallery "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Exhibition with Japanese Sweets"

Various fresh sweets are lined up in stores according to the changing seasons.
Many are replaced every six months.
In this exhibition, you can see about 200 images of raw sweets from among the Japanese sweets made by Toraya, as well as the origin of Kashiwa mochi and ohagi related to annual events.
From January to December, enjoy seasonal designs.
