In the first year of Kanemasa, the founder of Shinshu's Shinano fabric was turned into a noodle shop, and "Shinshu Sarashina soba Shiya Taibei" was established in Azabu Nagasaka town. Since the Edo period, he has been in and out of the Daimyo mansion, and in the middle of the Meiji period, he delivered delivery to the Empress and the shrine. In 1984, we opened the "Sohonke Sarashina Horii" in Azabu-Juban, a place where we wanted to revive our shop as a Horii family that draws the lineage of our founding family. The "Sarashina soba" and "changing soba" using seasonal ingredients are a gem of tradition since our founding. There are two types of soup, sweet and dry, that have been taken in the bonito.
