Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum "Kiss Ring Exhibition: The Dream of Ecole de Paris"

A painter representing Ecole de Paris, Kisling (1891-1953). I have developed a unique style in landscapes, still life, nude, etc., but most of the features appear in portraits. With a refined realism of polite touch, a tranquil mood, and a bright and sensual color, the kiss ring is regarded as an important artist of Ecole de Paris. This exhibition is called "The Prince of Montparnasse" in Paris from 1920 to 30 's, and recalls the darling of the time of the Kiss ring by about 60 works, including the work of the American era.
