A venue that focuses on everyday things, sharing its ideas and suggestions. It is run by the three designers Issey Miyake, Taku Satoh and Naoto Fukasawa. In addition to exhibitions, it holds talks and workshops, allowing people to experience the joy of design.
The building was designed by Tadao Ando, apparently with Issey Miyake's "one piece of cloth" concept in mind.
