Minato City Minato Science Museum Autumn Exhibition "Everyone's Egaku-Tebe-18"

"Everyone's E-Ware Story Exhibition" is a special exhibition that thinks about the future of the dining table through the latest technology related to food. By looking at the future of various types of food, we will think about what kind of future table we want, and create an opportunity to take the challenges of modern food as our own.

The exhibition consists of two zones, "Future" and "Present". In the "Future" zone, you can experience the shopping of future technology from the viewpoint of "what kind of expectations do you expect for eating habits in 10 years" at a booth that mimics a supermarket or home appliance store in 2030. We introduce nine technologies, such as factories that can provide fresh vegetables stably in urban areas, home appliances that can be easily seasoned using AI, and fish land aquaculture technology. Ten years from now, you will be able to enjoy and experience what kind of eating habits you are eating.

There is also a "cash register" in the pseudo-experience of the purchase of technology. At the cash register, you will receive a can badge that iconizes nine technologies. When you visit the "Future" zone, choose one of your favorite technology can badges and take it home. At the end, you can write your thoughts on the technology you choose and your expectations for the future of food on the board. Express your thoughts on the future ten years from now in your own words.

Related events will also be held during the exhibition period. Observation of Euglena using a microscope and a tour event of the plant factory are also scheduled to be held.
