Conrad Tokyo will begin offering "Peach Afternoon Tea "Fresh Moment" on July 1st, the 20th anniversary of its opening. With 20 years of experience weaving numerous stories, we will deliver afternoon tea full of freshness with the desire to continue to provide the best experience to many customers with a fresh feeling. With peaches, which can be used in all kinds of dishes, including savory as well as sweets, as the main character, a variety of lineups that allow you to enjoy collaborations with various ingredients will decorate the plate. We will offer 5 types of summery sweets and 3 types of savouries that look and taste well, such as sweets using white peaches "Natsukko" from Yamanashi Prefecture, mousse that imitates peaches, and savouries inspired by the cocktail "Salty Dog" that is perfect for the hot season. The scones, which are popular for their moist texture, are served in two types, plain and mango, with clotted cream and white peach and guava jam.
At the Deluxe Afternoon Tea, in addition to a toast of Champagne, you can enjoy the "Omar Shrimp and Peach Tartare Qunelle Aroma with Basil Aroma," which combines the rich flavor of domestic fresh peach and Omar shrimp with the soft sweetness of peach. In addition, from 18:30 during the same period, "Peach Night Tea" will be available, where you can enjoy free-flowing drinks such as beer and sparkling wine, along with four types of savouries and sweets.
