A shop that manufactures and sells the motto of "healthy and delicious bean sweets utilizing the umami of nature". From sticking to raw materials, peanut is a particularly flavorful semi-vertical species from Chiba prefecture, and soybeans are carefully selected from Hokkaido's sleeve-waving soybeans and black soybeans from Tamba. To avoid damaging the nutritional components of beans, we are making one piece with traditional techniques and the latest equipment.
